How do I obtain my official IIT student portal login?
Your university credentials and official student email address (@iit.ac.lk) are generated upon formal registration with the IIT Admissions Office and sent directly to your registered contact email.
How can I reset my password if I forget it?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the student portal sign-in page and enter your official student ID or university email address to receive secure reset instructions.
Who should I contact for IT and portal assistance on campus?
The IIT IT Services Helpdesk is available on campus at Spencer Place, Colombo 04 and Ramakrishna Road, Colombo 06, or via email at [email protected] during academic hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:30 - 17:30).
