Sales Partnership

We offer sales partnership to competent companies having presence in education/ERP domain and want to expand their portfolio by including Academia. Primary role of Partner Company would be to offer and promote Academia ERP in their mutually assigned geographies, be the face of Serosoft, and drive sales. We provide complete training and orientation to help partners gain knowledge and come to speed.

Responsibilities of Channel Partner:

Developing local market

Performing presales activities (like client prospecting, reference sharing)

Qualifying leads (Suspects and Prospects)

Driving leads to closure with assistance by Serosoft

Evangelizing the Academia brand

We offer Sales + Implementation partnership to companies which are experienced in implementing ERP & automation solutions in other domains, and that have a capable Sales & Implementation team with established processes. In this collaboration, partner takes responsibility of complete Sales and Implementation cycle with the help of Serosoft. We provide complete training and orientation to help partners gain knowledge and come to speed.

Responsibilities of Channel Partner:

Developing local market

Performing presales activities (like client prospecting, reference sharing)

Qualifying leads (Suspects and Prospects)

Assisting Serosoft in sales (like price negotiation and deal closure)

Performing activities like Scope Management and Account Management of the identified customers

Driving implementation activities like Gap Analysis, Product Configuration and User Training along with Post Implementation Support
